Dharti is an experienced executive leader with strategic business perspective as well as technical knowledge. Dharti has spent most of her career working in the biotech-pharmaceutical industry in both engineering / consulting service and user (owner) side companies. Prior to joining PharmEng, Dharti served as Chief Operations Officer at ADVENT Engineering Services, a Trinity Consultants life sciences division. She has taken many roles from delivering projects to building organizations within the USA, Europe, and Asia at companies ranging from start-ups to well-known public organizations, including NNE Pharmaplan and MedImmune/AstraZeneca. She has direct experience with many of our existing clients, and some with new potential clients to PharmEng. She believes in building client relationships based on a high degree of trust and customer’s knowledge. She is the Chair for ISPE’s Disposable (Single Use) COP (Community of Practice) and has presented at multiple industrial forums. She holds a Masters’ degree in Chemical Engineering with emphasis in biotechnology.

Dharti brings a unique set of expertise, relationships, and visionary perceptions to build on what PharmEng have already accomplished to date. Dharti will play a critical role in spearheading the expansion efforts of PharmEng, involving both geographic locations and service areas, by collaborating with all PharmEng divisions and executive leadership team. She will be instrumental in the strategic development and plan execution for supporting the growth of PharmEng’s portfolio of clients, employee base, and services around the world.
